Your Mountain

You have been assigned this mountain to show others it can be moved.

We all have our “days.” Where we feel nothing is right or wrong, we are there.. but not in the moment. Something similar to autopilot. Senses are dull, our minds are blank and feelings unknown. I’m here to remind you that on ‘those days,’ you’re still strong. You’re still breathing, you still have purpose and you still belong.

It’s important to remember these few things:

  1. Love Yourself
    You have purpose and are on this world for a reason. Whether you realize that reason or not yet, you do.
  2. Take a Break
    Step away from the world and breathe. Take your shoes off, go outside, turn the lights off and just breathe.
  3. Share your Story
    During this time, it is important to remember you are not alone. Somewhere, someone is also working through a situation and by speaking your experience, will not only help them but yourself too.

Understand and know your worth.

Sometimes it takes an overwhelming breakdown to have an undeniable breakthrough.
